552 villa plots across three phases, from 1,350 to 1,815 sq ft. The rate is ₹999 a sq ft in every phase. East or north facing plots add ₹25 a sq ft; corner and 40 ft road facing plots add ₹50 a sq ft each.
Is registration free?
Yes, when you pay the full amount for your Mithra Estates plot within 15 days of booking: there is no registration fee to pay. On the standard plan, ₹51,000 books the plot, 25% of the total is due within 15 days and the full amount within 45 days, followed by registration.
